Madrid shows its competitive muscle. The regional agency Invest in Madrid organizes from November 18 to 20 the Madrid Investment Forum 2024 forum, a new meeting space between companies, administrations and prestigious national and international economists, where the attractions of the Community for foreign capital will be highlighted. This event will be held in the capital and in five other municipalities in the community.
The president of the Community, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, will inaugurate this forum on the 18th in Alcobendas, town in which the impulse that the regional Administration is giving to key sectors of the economy such as information and communications technologies (ICT), biotechnology or the aerospace industry will be presented. That same day, Leganés will host a round table on research, development and innovation (R&D&I) and entrepreneurship.
On November 19, in Torrejón de Ardozthe projection of the Madrid industry will be analyzed, and in Las Rozas de Madrid its position as a digital hub in southern Europe. Finally, on the 20th in Aranjuez The global presence of the region and its link with Latin America will be examined. The closing will take place at the Conde Duque Cultural Center in the capital.
