The Civil Guard identifies Alvise in a rural house to communicate a case for slander against a PSOE deputy

Several Civil Guard agents went to a rural house in Madrid on Wednesday night to inform the MEP. Luis ‘Alvise’ Pérez of a current summons against him in a León court. Sources in the case explain to elDiario.es that a city investigative court maintains open proceedings against the leader of ‘The Party is Over‘ due to a complaint by the socialist deputy Javier Alfonso Cendón for several statements by the ultra agitator that related him to the plot of the ‘Mediator case’.

It is one of the many criminal cases opened against the MEP that, due to his capacity, will have to be sent to the Supreme Court to be investigated by the Criminal Chamber. Alvise has stated on his Telegram channel that he will report to the court for illegal detention.

Sources from the Civil Guard explain to this newspaper that the notice was issued when the MEP registered at the rural accommodation, as is usual when someone has a request from a court and their location has been ordered. The agents informed him of the existence of the proceedings and the request and left the scene.

The origin of the case is in a court in León that is investigating the criminal actions that Cendón, a Leonese politician who serves as general secretary of the PSOE in the province as well as as a deputy in Congress, filed against Alvise and two other people for various statements about the Mediator casealso known as the Tito Berni case, in which it is investigated whether the former socialist deputy Juan Bernardo Fuentes Curbelo was part of a corrupt network. The current MEP stated on his Telegram channel in February 2023 that Cendón was one of the politicians who attended parties organized by the corrupt network.

Alvise’s status as an MEP since last summer implies that any legal case opened against him through criminal means must be sent to the Supreme Court. As has happened with the investigations into the 100,000 euros who received cash, his accusation for disseminating a false PCR test of Salvador Illa or the complaint of a judge from Seville for threats. Civil cases for honor disputes do not have to be processed by the Supreme Court but by the ordinary courts. Another socialist deputy, Luis Carlos Sahuquilloalso denounced today’s MEP.

On his Telegram channel, the SALF leader has announced the filing of a complaint against the head of the León court for the “attempted illegal detention”, in addition to a complaint in internal affairs of the Civil Guard “so that the reasons and circumstances why an arrest warrant has been issued against a MEP.”
