The mayor of Cartes, Agustín Molleda, announced this Thursday the program of activities and events that will be held in Cartes during the Christmas season.
Molleda has assured that “Cartes will once again be the capital of Christmas in Cantabria.” “We are going to once again set the pace for these important dates in Cantabria with a new bet that will surprise and excite all those who visit us,” he assured. “Cartes will once again be a pioneer in the development of activities during the Christmas season, as it was last year with its large tree, which was visited by more than 117,000 people, and it will be so this year with more ingenuity at the service of enthusiasm and magic for the enjoyment of the little ones”, has stated the Mayor of the town of Cartiega.
In this sense, Molleda has highlighted several of the new developments that They can be enjoyed this year at Cartes between December 5 and January 5, “days in which the town of Cartiega will become the perfect setting to memorize those endearing images and illusions that only the magic of Christmas can awaken.” “Santa Claus will be the main protagonist flying over the airspace of Santiago de Cartes for two weeks, time that will allow him to plan and identify the children’s census of the town,” Molleda announced.
Likewise, the mayor has stated that “The Camino Real will turn the heart of Cartes “into an authentic Christmas village” with a design adapted and created to measure “to be an authentic dream puzzle, where not only will the little ones be able to enjoy a Christmas story, but it will also transport parents and grandparents back to childhood.”
