He Official State Gazette (BOE) published this Saturday the law on exchange of criminal records and consideration of judicial resolutions in the EUa rule that will allow some terrorists to ETA get out of prison early by taking into account sentences previously served in France.

Know: That the Cortes Generales have approved and “I come to sanction the following organic law.” And the norm has thus been promulgated, despite the fact that the Senate considers that its processing had not yet been completed.
