In mid-July, Sharjah will host the fourth session of the third session of the Arab Parliament for Children.
This comes within the framework of trends aimed at enhancing dialogue and effective participation of Arab children in issues that concern them through discussions and interactive sessions aimed at enhancing their awareness and understanding of their role in building the future of their societies.
Ayman Othman Al-Barout, Secretary General of the Arab Parliament for Children, based in Sharjah, stressed the importance of the fourth session as it discusses enhancing the role of children in community participation, expressing their opinions, and exchanging ideas and discussions about their issues.
Al-Barout pointed out that the General Secretariat of Parliament seeks to enable children to participate effectively in decision-making and develop their leadership capabilities, noting that the session will be accompanied by holding workshops, training sessions, and entertainment and educational programs that enhance their experience in Parliament.
