Chihuahua.- The Secretary of Finance, José Granillo, commented that the tender to restructure six long-term loans held by the State for an amount of 9.7 billion pesos was published.
He said that this is a process that seeks to reduce the cost of debt for the State, since there are currently good financial conditions to achieve better conditions.
According to the tender, the decision will be issued on September 25 and the contracts with the new conditions will be signed on October 14.
