In the early hours of last Thursday a 16-year-old boy shot his mother and killed two police officers before taking his own life in Edmonton, a province of Alberta located in Canada.
The two patrolmen who were killed when the boy greeted them with shots at the time they arrived at the scene, 12:47 am
The boy’s mother was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries but is in stable condition, Edmonton Police Chief Dale McFee said.
The officers who died were identified as Travis Jordan, 35, who had been in the service for eight and a half years, and Brett Ryan, 30, officer for five and a half years in Edmonton.
