Missing
Michael Ramírez disappeared in May 2020 when he was 15 years old. According to the KRCA 3 medium, from the United States, the young man’s relatives last saw him on May 18 of that year, but officially reported his disappearance to the authorities on June 9, 2020.
NBC News notes that Ramírez left the house that day after an argument with his parents and, since then, his whereabouts have not been heard from again.
After two years in which the investigations failed to find his location, Michael Ramírez returned home on March 11, 2022, two years after his disappearance in California, as if nothing had happened.

The whereabouts of the young
According to Ramírez’s relatives, everything seems to indicate that the young man spent these two years in the house of an “old friend”.
But the family affirms that the mother of that friend was the teacher Castillo Olivares, for which she would have committed a crime by hiding the young man during that time without reporting his whereabouts to the authorities or his relatives.
“KCRA reported that he had been staying at the home of Olivares, the mother of a childhood sweetheart, the entire time,” NBC reports.

Olivares now faces charges for the detention of a minor with the intention of hiding him from his parents and for contributing to the delinquency of the minor. “Crimes unrelated to their duties,” according to NBC News.
Relatives of Ramírez were emphatic that the teacher should have reported the whereabouts of the young man instead of hiding it for two years.
“You can’t hide someone’s child and think it’s okay,” her aunt told authorities.
The teacher was released and summoned to the reading of criminal charges. For now, she has an administrative license at the educational institution where she works.
