The pilot of the Telmex Claro Team, Tatiana Calderonreturns to action this weekend to compete in an endurance classic in North America: the 12 Hours of Sebring.
Precisely the Colombian team, the Gradient Racing, will be present on an iconic track to compete in the 72nd edition of the 12 Hours of Sebring, this aboard the #66 Acura NSX GT3 Evo22 with her companions Katherine Legge, Sheena Monk and Stevan McAleer.
“We are back in action this weekend, this time in Sebring, after those 24 Hours of Daytona,” said Tatiana, who in the last round of the Michelin Cup from Resistencia had bad luck, which prevented her and her Gradient Racing teammates from crossing the finish line.
The Colombian rider also indicated that “she had the opportunity to test with the team a couple of weeks ago and I think it is a very technical first circuit, with many pavement changes that make it very demanding; but also with a climate of humidity and heat, which makes the circuit a great challenge.”
“Part of the race will be a challenge, since it will be held at night and because it does not have the same lighting as it does. Daytonso it will be a very demanding race,” explained pilot Claro.
“But I think I am much better prepared than in Daytonprecisely because I did that first test with the team before the race, so I understand more how this car handles, I understand more about the tires and what we can expect, so I'm looking forward to the weekend starting and hopefully we can show that potential that was in Dayton”Tatiana concluded.
