Santiago Creel, president of the Chamber of Deputies, celebrated yesterday the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice to suspend the entry into force of electoral Plan B and announced that in the coming days they will present other legal actions.
“The Supreme Court of Justice begins to put the President of the Republic in his place, who loves himself and has passed the constitutional barriers many times,” said the federal deputy of the PAN.
“We are going to present two unconstitutionality actions, one by the party and another by the Va por México group, in the Chamber of Deputies and another in the Senate.”
Creel toured the state, which began in Linares and included San Pedro and Santa Catarina.
In Cadereyta he had a meeting with businessmen before returning to the Mexico City.
In San Pedro, Creel toured Colonia Villas del Obispo, where he spoke with neighbors.
The Deputy confirmed that he will seek to be the first to register as a presidential candidate for his party and the alliance It goes to Mexico.
“I want to see them, to see me, those who know me to see me again; those who don’t know me, to see me and know my ideas, because I want all the PAN members to accompany me on the day the registration opens and be the first to be there,” he said.
In Cadereyta, Creel said that legal actions have already been taken to annul the reforms to the Electricity Law, which could have a favorable impact on the refinery.
In an interview, the albiazul legislator said that they could have a response from the Supreme Court on the energy issue no later than September.
“Once we win the lawsuits, it will force a reconversion into cadereyta“, he maintained, “because what Cadereyta is doing, in accordance with what the Constitution establishes, it could not do, because of the pollution it produces, but also because of the cost of fuel oil.”
