Starting next month, Twitch joins Spotify, Max and other services that have been raising prices of subscriptions. This change will begin in the month of July.
With this price increase, Twitch claims that streamers will continue to earn the same 50 – 70% through the program, so they will earn more per subscription. Although this price increase could hurt content creators with low viewership, people may not choose to pay that extra.
Monthly Tier 1 subscriptions will increase by one dollar starting in July. So, starting July 11, they will go from $4.99 to $5.99. The price of the Level 1 subscription in Mexico will be at 60 pesos. Below we leave you with the prices of the main markets in the region but if you want to know more, visit the Official site.
