Toronto Canada.- the filmmaker steven spielberg presented his recent film work The Fabelmans at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF, for its acronym in English), where he insisted that he has no plans to retire from the seventh art after receiving a long ovation from the public.
After the display of The FabelmansSteven Spielberg was called on stage to receive the applause from the public for his work on the big screen.
During the speech, the filmmaker argued that his recent film came to his mind during the Covid-19 pandemic, so he decided to frame his most intimate storyinspired by his first efforts to sneak into the film industry.
According to a report by Variety, the plot of The Fabelmans took details about the childhood of the director of Jurassic Parkand managed to settle in the taste of the moviegoing public of the TIFF.
As a consequence, the filmmaker reaffirmed that he does not contemplate his early retirement:
“This job is not because I am going to retire but it is my ‘swan song’. Do not believe any of that”
Spielberg said in the face of speculation about his retirement.
