No gameplay, but great atmosphere
No gameplay, no release date. Which is not exactly an encouraging business card for State of Decay 3a title that has been in the works for some time, which we had already had the opportunity to discover in the past and from which it would now be reasonable to expect some more precise information and details.
Still, it’s worth looking at the glass half full, because the creature of Undead Labs it seems extremely promising and, above all, made with a budget and ambitions enormously greater than the previous chapters.
The trailer shown during the rich Microsoft event, theXbox Games Showcase aired yesterday 9 June, which you can view at the bottom, is in fact concerned with giving us some clues about the plot that will be the backdrop to the adventure and, above all, with outlining the contours of the mood and atmosphere that will be felt in the game, if possible even more desperate and tragic than the previous episodes.
The directorial and stylistic approach already seems to be the right one, but at the moment we cannot know whether the game formula will undergo a renewal and strengthening. In short, the appointment to learn about the gameplay of State of Decay 3 has been postponed, but the premises seem really excellent.
