Taking into account that, according to the Bank of Spain, the amount allocated to mortgage payments should not exceed 30% of monthly income, it would be an affordable figure for those who charge €1,166.7/month (about €1,030). net) of the Minimum Interprofessional Salary of 2022, since, making this calculation, the maximum monthly disbursement that they should contribute for their home would also be, precisely, about €310.
