Twenty-one Michelin Star chefs from Castilla y León have joined the solidarity initiative “From Valencia to Valencia” and will organize a charity dinner on December 13 at Finca Valdemora in La Bañeza with the aim of raising funds for those affected by DANA. in the province of Valencia.
This initiative has the support of Empresa Familiar de Castilla y León (EFCL), whose director, Eduardo Estévez, today showed the association’s gratitude for being able to provide its support to this event and encouraged family businesses to “give your all to help Valencia” attending the solidarity dinner or collaborating with MESA 0.
The director of EFCL participated this morning in the presentation of the solidarity dinner together with chefs Sara Ferreres, from Taller Arzuaga, Cristóbal Muñoz, from Ambivium, and Juan José Pérez, from Cocinandos, who are part of the 21 chefs from Castilla y León who have joined this solidarity dinner, in which Óscar García Marina, from Baluarte, also participates; Carlos Casillas, from Barro; Alberto Molinero, from Erre de Roca;; Alejandro Serrano, by Alejandro Serrano; Alvar Hinojal, from Alchemy; Miguel Cobo, from Cobo Evolución; Pedro Mario Pérez and Óscar Manuel Pérez, from El Ermitaño; Rocío Parra, from En la Parra; Miguel Ángel de la Cruz, from La Botica; Elena Lucas, from La Lobita; Luis Alberto Lera, from Lera; Samuel Naveira, from Muna; Juanjo Losada, from Pablo; Marc Segarra, from Refectory; Víctor Martín, from Trigo, and Víctor Gutiérrez, from Víctor Gutiérrez.
At the forefront of this solidarity initiative are the Valencian chefs: Ricard Camarena, Quique Dacosta and Begoña Rodrigoin collaboration with the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE), and supported by dozens of chefs who will also participate in this action from Spain and various parts of the world.
The dinner to be organized next December 13 at the Finca Valdemora in La Bañeza It will be one of dozens that will be done simultaneously around the world, with a single objective: to obtain funds to recover part of the business fabric of the area devastated by DANA and try to maintain employment.
After a previous cocktail, dinner will take place, which will consist of a menu prepared by the twenty-one chefs who have joined the initiative. In addition to great raffles, the event will feature, thanks to the collaboration of Sonorama and Planeta Sonoro, live performances by prominent groups on the national scene such as Celtas Cortos, Cómplices, DJ Filo, Gara Durán, La Última legión or Marilia. Presented by Miguel Martín, attendees will also enjoy Xulio Merino’s magic show.
The price per diner for this charity dinner is 500 euros and 100% of the proceeds will be allocated entirely to those affected by DANA.
