The release date of Skull and Bones is approaching in great strides and therefore understandably Ubisoft is pushing vehemently on marketing through trailers and gameplay footage. Today, for example, the first of a series was published video diary of the developers, who will delve into various aspects of the game.
For example, today's video focuses on game world building and how the Ubisoft Singapore team took inspiration from the real world. From the video we learn that Singapore itself, with its sunsets and tropical storms, was an inspiration to the developers. Instead, locations like the Red Isle are based on real-life settings, like Madagascar, while the Lost City of Prey is based on Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
