Six injured, one of gravity, after a deflagration in an explosive factory in Murcia

The emergency services of 112 have attended on Thursday afternoon six injured people, one of them seriously, after the deflagration of a deposit in an explosive factory in the jar of Javalí Viajo, in the Murcian capital. The accident took place around 4:30 p.m. for causes still unknown.

A call to the Emergency Coordination Center has warned about the incident in the factory, where apparently a deposit had exploded, causing a fire that has affected a forest mass and has left six injured of different consideration.

The firefighters of fire extinguishing and rescue of the City of Murcia and environmental agent have immediately moved to the place, who have worked on the extinction of two fires, one of approximately 1,000 m² and another of about 2,000 m² of forest mass.

The injured have been transferred to the Virgen de la Arrixaca and Morales Messeguer hospital to be treated for burns and inhalation of smoke.

It is not the first time that a fire takes place in these facilities, in January last year there was another accident that caused serious burns with two people.
