Even F1 goes crazy for Sinner
It's Sinner-mania in Formula 1 too. The stars of the Circus often frequent Monte-Carlo, both because in many cases they live there and for reasons related to one of the most noble grand prix on the calendar.
This weekend, however, the Principality is the protagonist of the tennis Masters 1000, the most important tournament category after the Slams. Watching Jannik's match Sinner against Sebastian Korda – just won easily by the blue 6-1 6-2 – Carlos Sainz was also there.
The Spaniard is currently in Monte-Carlo and has published a Instagram Story which sees the South Tyrolean at its service.
Russell chooses Nole…and Norris plays
George Russell is also in Monte-Carlo, having seen the match between Novak Djokovic and Roman Safiullin yesterday, which also ended with the usual result of Sinner's match (6-1 6-2). Both are qualified for the round of 16: they can face each other in the final, but Italy is also rooting for Lorenzo Musetti, the Serbian's next opponent.
Lando Norris also commented on Russell's post, who didn't miss the opportunity to make fun of his friend-rival: “Oh my God, I was there. It was a pleasure seeing you“, pretending to be his admirer.
