Culiacán, Sinaloa.- Sinaloa is prepared to deal with cases of monkeypox, informed the Secretary of Health in the state, Cuitlahuac Gonzlez Galindo.
This morning the undersecretary of health in the federation, Hugo López-Gatell, confirmed the first case of monkeypox in Mexico to which the president in Sinaloa said that citizens should not be alarmed.

He said that this disease is an infection that has migrated since at the beginning it was considered that it came from a monkey since it was detected in 1970 and cases were detected.
