The first two holidays that they will be able to open will be January 2 and 8, which will be followed by April 6 and 30. Two more holidays may open in June: 9 and 25. The rest of the openings will be on October 12; November 1 and 26; and December 3, 6, 8, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
The Ministry of Business explains that the list of holidays and Sundays in which the business can open in 2023 was decided after consulting the opinion of the Regional Advisory Council for Commerce, which brings together representatives of the sector, in its session held on the 30th of September, and in view of the proposal of the General Directorate of Commerce and Business Innovation.
