In large cities of the Khabarovsk Territory, from November 4 to 12, shopping and entertainment centers (SEC) and alcohol markets, as well as cultural facilities will be closed. About it informs DVHab with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.
The restrictions will affect shopping centers selling non-food products. Catering will be able to work only for takeaway and delivery.
After the end of the restrictions, from November 13, QR codes will be introduced. They will operate in shopping centers, cafes and restaurants, hostels, hairdressing salons, beauty salons, baths, fitness centers, swimming pools, spa centers, as well as for intercity transport. It is noted that people over 60 years old will receive travel compensation upon presentation of a QR code.
Earlier, the head of the St. Petersburg Health Committee, Dmitry Lisovets, explained that citizens who had been ill with coronavirus “unofficially” (without going to a doctor) can confirm this by providing a PCR or antigen test. He stressed that it is impossible to confirm the past illness and receive a QR code in the presence of antibodies in the blood – this will not be accepted as proof.
