Former Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova showed a photo with her newborn son. The athlete posted a picture on Instagram (social network is banned in Russia; belongs to the Meta company, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
The athlete hinted that the child was named Theodore, and he was born on July 1. “The most beautiful, complex and useful gift that our little family can only dream of,” Sharapova said.
The Russian woman announced the completion of performances in February 2020. In December of the same year, she became engaged to British businessman Alexander Gilks.
