Victim of a serious road accident between a van and a lorry, Haris Shala dies shortly after becoming a father for the first time

He was called Haris Shala and he was a truck driver just 25 years old, who unfortunately lost his life in a serious road accident yesterday morning, Monday 22 April. He had been trapped between the sheets of his vehicle and despite the attempts of the doctors who intervened, there was nothing left that could be done for him.

The boy had recently become the father of a little girl and in 2021, he also lost a cousin, due to an accident, while he was going to work. Within months of each other, the family found themselves dealing with two serious losses.

According to a reconstruction made by some local media, the drama occurred around 10.15am, Monday 22 April. Precisely along the A22 motorway, del Brenner. The man was driving his medium-sized truck, heading towards Modena. Only a few hours earlier the police had closed that stretch of motorway due to a serious accident.

However, it was only a few hours later that the unthinkable took place. The collision occurred between a articulated lorry and a medium-sized van. Both were headed for Modena and from what emerged, it was the small truck that hit the truck. The impact appeared very serious immediately and those present asked for the timely intervention of the police police.

Haris Shala's heartbreaking death after the accident

In addition to the officers, the Fire Brigade also arrived urgently at the site where the accident occurred. They used shears and other tools to be able to free the boy from the sheet metal of his vehicle, given that he had become a pile of sheet metal.

However, when they handed him over to the emergency medical workers, there was nothing left that could be done for him. The doctors had no choice but to note how heartbreaking it was death. Attempts to keep him alive were of no avail.

In 2021, the family had already suffered another serious loss, after the death of a cousin, again due to an accident. Haris's cousin, Hertaabout the loss he suffered said: “There are no words, the pain right now is really too great!”
