Scientists from Stanford University talked about the three stages of human aging. The article was published in the scientific journal Nature Medicine.
As a result of a large-scale study, which examined blood tests of 4,263 subjects between the ages of 18 and 95, it was found that there are three stages of aging. During them, noticeable nonlinear changes occur in the human blood plasma protein.
So, the first period of “maturation” of the body ends at 34 years. Then serious age-related changes occur at 60 and 78 years old. The researchers hope that a new approach to the study of aging will lead to the development of effective drugs to combat age-related diseases in the future.

According to nutritional consultant Rachel Fine, one such food is avocado, which can be used in a variety of dishes, from sandwiches to scrambled eggs. “Folic acid and magnesium, lutein and beta-carotene are just some of the main anti-aging nutrients,” the expert recalled.
