The group supporting the members of the terrorist group affirms that “it is a source of satisfaction for every citizen with democratic sensitivity.”
Sare, a support group for ETA prisoners, has positively valued the change in the law that will benefit the members of the terrorist group and will allow “52 people” to benefit from prison benefits such as reduced sentences and releases. It is, they affirm, a “reason for satisfaction for every citizen with democratic sensitivity.”
The modification, introduced without publicity in the Justice Commission (even Vox and the PP voted in favor of not realizing the trick) and known on Monday of last week, represents the elimination of a unique additional provision in Organic Law 7/2014 , on Exchange of Criminal Record Information and Consideration of Criminal Judicial Resolutions in the European Union. A recurring demand from EH Bildu and the terrorist group’s entourage because said clause prevented ETA members from taking advantage of the rule.
