Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Head of the Ruler’s Office, witnessed this morning the graduation ceremony of professional diplomas in sports management, sports media and communication, which was organized by the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, in cooperation with the Sharjah Sports Council.
Dr. Hamid Majul Al Nuaimi, President of the University of Sharjah, confirmed that offering study programs and professional diplomas in cooperation with various parties comes in accordance with the vision and strategy of the university.
The Director of the University of Sharjah indicated that the professional diploma programs have been developed to include all topics and skills required for each specialty or field, in order to qualify students with all they need to advance them in knowledge, knowledge and skill, praising the cooperation and coordination between the university and the Sharjah Sports Council in many initiatives that will positively reflect on the community.
Al Nuaimi concluded his speech by thanking all those who contributed to the success of professional diplomas in sports management, sports media and communication, including experts, professors, administrators and others, wishing the graduates success in their professional sports fields.
Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, gave a speech in which he indicated the Council’s keenness to organize such programs, which contribute to the preparation of distinguished cadres that shape the future of the Emirate of Sharjah in accordance with the vision of the wise leadership, and in a manner that achieves the goals and plans set by the Sharjah Sports Council to improve the sports system.
Al-Hazami extended his highest thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, for his sponsorship of this initiative and his constant and continuous support.
The Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council praised the constructive cooperation between the Council and the University of Sharjah, represented by the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development in this initiative, stressing that such partnerships contribute to strengthening cooperation and exchanging experiences, in order to serve the Council’s future aspirations in implementing its various programs and translating the Council’s strategy, which He always emphasizes his interest in the youth sector and for sports in the emirate to be distinguished in all respects, especially the administrative and media aspect.
