Russian news agencies reported on Thursday that the Russian Federal Security Service had arrested three more people suspected of involvement in the mass shooting that occurred last month in a concert hall near Moscow.
Interfax quoted a statement from the Federal Security Service as saying that a Russian man and two foreigners, all from Central Asia, were arrested in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Omsk.
According to the Federal Security Service, two detainees transferred money to purchase firearms and vehicles used in the attack on Crocus City Hall on March 22, which killed at least 144 people.
As for the third detainee, he was directly involved in recruiting co-conspirators in the attack and financing its perpetrators.
