The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFESSION) conducted a study on detergents powder for clothing, evaluating various products available in Mexico. The analysis covered aspects such as effectiveness in stain removal, impact on color retention, fabric wear and costs, offering consumers detailed guidance to make informed decisions.
The PROFECO study reveals that the following laundry soaps They stand out for their high quality and performance in the tests carried out:
1. Ariel Double Power: This Detergent showed high effectiveness in removing difficult stains and preserving the color of garments. In addition, its cost to wash 4.5 kg of clothes is competitive, making it a profitable option for consumers.
2. Ace Diamond Whites: Recognized for its ability to maintain the whiteness and shine of garments, this detergent is also biodegradable, making it an environmentally friendly option.
3. Rome: Known for being one of the most economical detergents on the market, Rome demonstrated good performance in removing stains from cotton garments, although with some limitations in removing coffee stains.

The PROFECO laboratory evaluated the effect of powder soaps on different types of stains, such as spinach, tomato sauce, coffee and extreme grime. In addition, the wear of the fabric after 30 washes was analyzed, as well as the effect on colored fabrics to determine the tendency to fade. Among the most important findings:
