All people over 15 years of age in the city of Rio de Janeiro must present proof of vaccination with the two doses to access public places such as stadiums, cinemas, theaters, concert venues and museums. The determination is from the Municipal Health Department (SMS) valid from this Friday (12).
The requirement occurs because the deadline for the second dose of Pfizer was brought forward for people aged 15 years and over. Elderly people aged 61 or over must also present their respective vouchers with the complete vaccination cycle, that is, with two doses of the vaccine against covid-19 plus the booster dose. Children and teenagers under 15 years old will not need to present proof.
Proof of vaccination status can be done with the digital vaccination certificate available on the ConnectSUS platform or with proof, booklet or vaccination card.
