Richetti case, new twist
The story of the alleged harassment of the Senator of Action Matteo Richetti to the actress Lodovica Mairè Rogati, “The lady who enchanted the powerful”, is enriched every day with new elements, even if not entirely unpredictable. Today an article on Domani (sorry for the pun intended) by the insightful investigative journalist Emiliano Fittipaldi reveals one of the unsolved points of the story: the mysterious woman who reported through Fanpage that she was harassed by Richetti and known as “Amber” is exactly Lodovica Rogati which until now had flatly denied this possibility, as did Fanpage himself.
Yesterday we dealt with the affair: Fittipaldi, however, made the coup at night and obtained access to the trial papers. Let us recall, from a bird’s eye view, the story in the light of what Fittipaldi writes.
There alleged sexual assault on Mrs. Rogati would have been accomplished since Senator of Action Matteo Richetti on 16.11.2021 in an office of the Senate, but Rogati herself has never filed a party complaint as the law provides in these cases as it cannot be prosecuted ex officio.
On 19.11.21, therefore only three days later, from WhatsApp a long message sent to Richetti containing threats and insults, but not references to the alleged sexual abuse of only three days earlier. On 11/29/21 Richetti filed a complaint.
It turns out that the cell phone is registered to the actress and this allows the PM Alessia Natale to ask the GIP Maria Mosetti of the public prosecutor’s office of Rome to sign a decree of search of both the home and personal of Mrs. Rogati. And so it happens, in a very short time on 7.12.21.
The search reportwhich contains among other things the Rogati’s accusations against Senator Richetti, of the Postal Police of Rome bears the date of 14.1.22. However, this search both in the home and in the person has a negative result, because what was sought was the mobile phone from which the message of 19.11.21 had been sent, but this device had already been seized by the carabinieri who had carried out another search some the day before in the context of another complaint to Rogati presented by a health manager. In reality, the cell phone in question was in the availability of several collaborators of the actress and therefore the PM did not consider the evidence to be acquired, because the evidence “must be considered unambiguous and not suitable for supporting the accusation in court”. other threatening messages from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter it was not possible to establish the author because these social networks opposed the secret and requested an international letter of letters from the prosecutor.
Lodovica Rogati
At this point, examining the trial papers, Fittipaldi draws the conclusion that the mysterious “Ambra” is precisely Lodovica Rogati because:
1) The date of the search decree is the same as that reported by Fanpage
2) The date of the Postal Police search report is the same as that reported (albeit partially but identifiable) by Fanpage.
Yet both Rogati and Fanpage have never confirmed this eventuality and indeed the actress has definitely denied it.
At this point it remains only to understand if the series of messages on WhatsApp sent to Rogati are really by Richetti or artifacts, as the senator claims and this will only be possible with a technical report carried out by the judiciary.
Richetti case, the strange behavior of Fanpage
However, it remains strange that a site like Fanpage and the director Francesco Cancellato, after an investigation that lasted months, they had such an unclear and transparent behavior which resulted in a relevant political case a few days before the elections, in fact everything is based on an anonymous complaint against another anonymous, very little to accuse someone or induce to accusations, but sufficient to discredit the media. And here we come to the connection of Rogati with politicians, super policemen, senior executives of the Services and also with the Undersecretary of Defense Giorgio Mulè of Forza Italia who said, however, that dinners with the attractive actress are always be in a personal and non-institutional capacity.
Fittipaldi makes the fairly acceptable hypothesis that Rogati may have been exploited without his knowledge to hit the movement of Calenda and Renzi.
Also Fittipaldi reports some communications between Rogati and politicians in which the actress states that when other things come out, against Richetti and Action, “the party will have closed, because none of its financiers, three in particular, will give those assholes any more money”. Who are these mysterious “three financiers”?
Indeed disturbing words that if confirmed would lead to confirm the possible political exploitation of a presumably personal story.
Guia Soncini attacks Emiliano Fittipaldi
In the meantime, the controversy between Fittipaldi and Fanpage has also risen. The journalist made some considerations on the possible abuse of the use of accusations – such as sexual violence – within the MeToo movement. Recall that Rogati is, among other things, president of an anti-violence association, “I’m not there” and therefore her words have a greater weight in this regard.
Of course, Fittipaldi concludes, all this cannot exclude that the actress was really abused. Also noteworthy is a poisonous article with blue curare written by Guia Soncini for Linkiesta (where, incidentally, he was director until recently just Canceled) which defines Mrs. Rogati with the evocative epithet of “Mata Hari of the Camilluccia” and misquotes Alberto Arbasino. Soncini, as known, is affected by “hedonitis” and makes no secret of hiding it and accuses Fittipaldi of “bullying those poor Fanpage”, perhaps to defend his former director Canceled.
But who is Fanpage and who is behind it?
Fanpage was born in 2010 on the initiative of the Ciaopeople publishing group and the founder is Gianluca Cozzolino. He is famous for investigations on the toxic landfill in Caserta, on an overcrowded migrant center, on the radioactive waste of the Brescia deposits, on the funds of the League, an investigation for which it underwent a momentary blackout.A curious detail is that in these hours the site seems to have disappeared any reference to the Rogati affair. In any case, this time, Fanpage seems to have slipped on a beautiful banana peel, with all due respect to Soncini, especially if he has prepared the investigation for many months. The director Cancellato – who replaced the historian Francesco Piccinini – is presumed not to sleep soundly.
