As of March 1, 2022, Thierry Piéton, current Deputy Finance Director and Director of Performance and Control, he is appointed Finance Director of the Renault Group. He becomes a member of the Renault Group’s Board of Management (BOM), reporting to Luca de Meo, CEO of the Renault Group. Clotilde Delbos will dedicate herself above all to the role of CEO of Marca Mobilize and to RCI Banque SA, of which she is Chairman of the Board of Directors, to accelerate their development in the next phases of the Renaulution plan and the transformation of the Group.
Thierry Piéton, 51, graduated from the EM in Lyon. He begins his career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995, before joining General Electric in 1998. He held various financial positions for General Electric Healthcare and, subsequently, in 2004, was appointed CFO for Europe, Middle East and Africa of General Electric Security. Two years later, Thierry Piéton becomes controller of GE Consumer & Industrial and, in 2007, CFO of GE Oil & Gas Global Services. In 2011, he became Chief Financial Officer of GE Power Conversion.
In May 2014, Thierry Piéton joins Nissan Europe as Administrative and Financial Director. On 1 June 2016, he was appointed Director of Performance and Control of the Renault Group. In February 2020, Thierry Piéton becomes Deputy Financial Director and Director of Performance and Control of the Renault Group. On 1 January 2021, he was appointed CFO of the Renault brand, member of the Renault Group’s Corporate Management Committee.
