During protection, a resident who knows how to use civil protection for its various purposes must be present.
Although if the annual maintenance of civil protection were outsourced to a maintenance company, no one would come from there when the protection had to change from normal use to civil protection. Residents themselves must be able to make a change. During protection, a resident who knows how to use the shelter for its various purposes must be present. Who in your house knows how to move protection from a bypass situation to a filtering mode or a closed space?
HS has commendably published related opinions (HS 27.2. and 1.3.). It is not enough to refurbish shelters and direct funds to refurbishment. Protectors must also be known to be used, and use is the responsibility of the protectors.
Guardian training takes less than a day. For decades, regional rescue unions have provided training and continue to provide training for civil protection personnel. In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the training teaches much more about the use of protection and arrangements for protection.
Residents must take safety for granted.
