Rare diseases, 17 April World Haemophilia Day, Schillaci: “Sincere best wishes to the FedEmo conference”

I would have attended with pleasure; unfortunately, concomitant and mandatory institutional commitments outside the region do not allow me to be present. Thus the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci, in a message addressed to Cristina Cassone, president of FedEmo, Federation of haemophilia associations, on the occasion of the conference 'I count!
