Another family tragedy occurred yesterday afternoon in Campania, more precisely in Gioia Sannitica, in the province of Caserta. At the height of an argument between brothers, the younger than 19 years old stabbed the older one to death, Alessio Melillo 25 years old. Subsequently he also threw himself on his other brother, a young man of 22 years old, seriously injuring him in the face. The Carabinieri tracked down and arrested the boy in the evening.
A new absurd family tragedy occurred yesterday afternoon in Campania, in the province of Caserta, more precisely in the Caselli hamlet of the municipality of Sannitic Joyin which unfortunately a young man aged just 25 lost his life and another aged 22 was seriously injured.
Protagonists of this drama three brothers. According to what has emerged so far, it seems that a dispute broke out between two of them inside the family home, for reasons yet to be clarified. The smallest, that of 19 yearswould have held a kitchen knife and would have hit the major, Alessio Melillo of 25 years oldcausing his death in a few moments.
During the struggle he entered the house the other brothera 22-year-old, who in an attempt to stop his younger brother would also have been hit by some blows which caused serious injuries, especially to the face and mouth.
Subsequently the 19 year old would removed on foot and unarmed among the countryside, losing track of him. In the evening the Carabinieri of Piedimonte Matese and Caserta would then have him tracked down and stopped, near a fountain. In addition to her 22-year-old brother, her mother also ended up in hospital after falling ill when she discovered what had happened to her three children.
