Qualitas Energy has reached an agreement for the acquisition of a photovoltaic plant in Italy to GP Joule Projects, a group based in Germany dedicated to the development, construction and management of renewable energy plants, as these Italian legal media collect.
The Bonelliered firm acted with a team led by partner Gabriele Malgeri, member of the Focus Team Infrastructure, Energy and Ecological Transition, and integrated, for the corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, by the associate Tommaso Trezzi and Federico Anania, for real estate aspects , by the associate Senior Luigi Mazzola and, for the aspects of administrative law, by the associate Elisa de Giuli and Mauro Porto.
