Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a two-day visit to Uzbekistan on May 26. This is reported by TASS.
During the trip, the Russian leader will hold talks with the country’s leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The leaders of the two countries will discuss the current state and prospects for further development of Russian-Uzbek relations, and also exchange views on current regional issues.
It is noted that this is the third foreign trip of the head of state after the start of the new presidential term.
Earlier, the Kremlin announced that Putin would sign a package of documents in Uzbekistan. It was noted that a substantial package of documents is being prepared for signing.
