“We are not ruling it out, it’s the Americans and Europeans who are ruling it out,” the president noted.
Moscow did not impose any sanctions on Europe and did not close energy supplies to Germany and other countries; it is the United States and its ally who are introducing sanctions against the Russian Federation, Putin clarified.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that Russia continues to supply gas to Europe through Ukraine. According to the head of the Russian Federation, Russian gas goes to Europe through the second system, European consumers continue to receive fuel, in addition, it is supplied via the Turkish Stream.
