MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has been revaccinated against Covid-19, according to information published by Russian news agencies on Sunday.
Putin had said in June 2021 that he was immunized with the Sputnik V vaccine.
“Today, on the recommendation of you and your colleagues, I received another vaccine, Sputnik Light. This is called revaccination,” Putin said at a meeting with the deputy director of the Gamaleya Epidemiology and Microbiology Research Center, which developed the two vaccines.
