Pizza|The white grilled pizza is topped with feta and spinach.
Grilled pizza ready in no time from ready-made dough. Smaller pieces are cut from the dough even before frying.
Feta and spinach and sour cream flavored with lemon give the white pizza an excellent taste. Spinach and pine nuts are only added to the pizza after baking. If you can’t find pine nuts in your cupboard, try other seeds or nuts instead.
You can also bake the pizzas in a 225-degree oven. Cooking takes about 10 minutes.
Feta spinach pizza
4-8 servings
preparation time 20 min
1 pack of fresh pizza dough (about 600 g)
Filling
1 cup (150 g) sour cream
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
200 g of feta cheese
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 dl salad spinach
3 tablespoons of pine nuts

Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper into a thin plate the size of a baking sheet. Cut into smaller pieces.

Season the crème fraîche with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Grill uncoated pizza for 1-2 minutes.

Flip the pizzas. Spread the seasoned crème fraîche on top. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle parmesan on top of the pieces.

Continue frying for a few more minutes until the bottom is cooked.

Finish with spinach and pine nuts. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top if you like.
