The PG Nationals, the Italian tournament dedicated to League of Legends, are about to restart with the summer split of the competition created by PG Esports. The eight teams competing will be the same as in the spring stage, but with a renewed roster. Starting from 7 June, the matches between the 8 best teams in all of Italy to guarantee access to the playoffs, scheduled for 26, 27 and 31 July. The final will take place on 7 August. In addition to the Macko and Atleta Esports, the aNc Outplayed, long-time participants of the tournament, are also back in the race, closely followed by the Axolotl who thus reach their fourth presence at the PG Nationals, and the Cyberground Gaming, also veterans of the competition. The team roster is completed with the return of the Samsung Morning Stars, the historic team of the PG Nationals in the race with the aim of making up for the not particularly brilliant performances of the last split, of the GG Esport, the team that makes the community its point of strength and finally, of the Esport Empire, their second experience in the competitive circuit. The challenges of the tournament will be commented by a broadcast crew including Roberto ‘KenRhen’ Prampolini, Emiliano ‘Moonboy’ Marini, Gabriele ‘Wolcat’ Catterin, Andrea ‘Juannetti’ Giovannetti, Filippo ‘Etrurian’ Burresi, Giulia ‘Juniper’ Migliore and Silverio ‘Deidara’ Masi, who had participated in the last split as a player and will now play the role of analyst. The matches will be broadcast every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:45 pm on the dedicated Twitch channel, PG_Esports_LoL.
