Scarlet D'Carpio just released 'For male', his fourth single within the urban genre. In this new release, the Peruvian singer has the collaboration of two outstanding artists in the field: the salsa singer Gaby Zambrano and the actress and singer Ximena Palomino. Thus, the trio of performers present a bachata that tells the story of infidelity and whose central message is female empowerment. “In this song we wanted to explore the emotions associated with betrayal, the pain of infidelity, the search for truth in a relationship and, above all, the inner strength to overcome heartbreak and disappointment. We chose to do it in a bachata because it is the perfect way to convey intense emotions,” says D'Carpio.
“The song 'For male' It talks about a specific moment, when the man has been unfaithful to the woman and, because of his ego, in a world led by patriarchy, he believes he can do whatever he wants. Now we women are no longer silent. The lyrics encourage them to recognize their worth and walk away from toxic relationships,” she adds.
About 'Por macho', it is detailed that it is a classic bachata with contemporary touches, co-produced between Peru and Miami by the Peruvian musician Paulo César Morales and the emblematic Cuban Juan Mario Aracil 'Mayito', who has won multiple Grammy awards, including 11 statuettes from the Latin and three from the American.
