Hussam Abdulnabi (Dubai) The General Pension and Social Security Authority, during its participation in the exhibition, presents an interactive model for the customer service experience through virtual reality technology “Metaverse”, according to Muhammad Saqr Al Hammadi, Director of Pension Operations Department, General Pension and Social Security Authority, who confirmed to Al-Ittihad stated that the customer, through this technology, is able to talk to one of the Authority’s employees in the virtual customer happiness center, and request the completion of services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in turn, the employee will respond to the customer’s request to provide the service, indicating that during the experience the customer will live (either Employers, insured employees, or retirees) experience the realization of the service in a virtual world, and the aim of participating in this technology in the exhibition is to prepare the customer and encourage him to use the current electronic services provided by the authority, which is characterized by ease and simplicity, in addition to preparing visitors to use other electronic services that The authority is preparing to announce it soon. Al Hammadi stated that the General Pension and Social Security Authority is also reviewing its latest developments in the field of digital services, including the new digital platform aimed at facilitating customers and to be launched during the coming period. He stated that the authority’s efforts and electronic services reflect the authority’s endeavor to simplify procedures to obtain the best services, and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and happiness, in order to provide the best services to the citizen, based on the authority’s strategic vision, noting that the authority seeks to improve the quality of services, and thus contribute to support The UAE’s orientations in the digital transformation process, which is achieved through the use of the best modern technologies and harnessing them to provide distinguished services to customers, which would provide a smooth experience for them to raise their level of satisfaction.
