The Aitana Group continues its growth through corporate operations in the Valencian market through Opentix, the group’s technology consulting company. His latest acquisition has been the purchase of the computer consulting firm Sisleiwith which it increases its services for Valencian companies.
It is Opentix’s second operation this year, since last May it closed the acquisition of the client portfolio of Inicia Soluciones 10focused on the management software market for small and medium-sized businesses. In early 2022 it also acquired the Sage 200 portfolio of the firm Sensei.
Sislei, based in Valencia and 25 years of experience in digitalizing consultancies and professional offices in the Valencian market, as explained by the purchasing company. The agreement, the amount of which has not been disclosed, includes the integration of the Sislei team, led by José Luis Coloma. The signature provides more than 250 professional offices in its client portfolio.
“With this alliance, we consolidate our position as the main partner of Sage Despachos in Spain, which strengthens our growth strategy,” says Daniel Segarra, CEO of Opentix. This move is part of Opentix’s growth strategy, which maintains a constant investment in the partner channel and the strengthening of its value proposition in solutions for offices and consultancies.
The Valencian group
The operation allows it to expand the customer base of Opentix, which now has 475 professional offices and also consolidates its offer in the software market for this sector, a key line for the company. Overall, the billing of Aitana Group stands at around 30 million euros.
Opentix is a technology consultancy specialized in digital solutions for SMEs, micro-SMEs and professional offices. It is part of the Aitana-Opentix Group, which has more than 2,600 clients, 400 professionals and 11 delegations in Spain. It offers a wide range of services that include ERP, Business Intelligence, cloud solutions, custom developments and its own products.
He Valencian group Aitana–Opentix also continues its geographical growth and last October inaugurated a new office in Las Palmas de Gran Canariathus strengthening its capacity to offer technological solutions throughout the entire archipelago.
