Juncos Hollinger-Canapino: the end
The continuation of the experience of Augustine Canapino In IndyCar it seemed really complex for the Argentine driver, and the confirmation came directly from his team Juncos Hollinger. The American company has in fact officially announced the separation with immediate effect from the 34-year-old, who will therefore not take part in the final commitments of the championship, starting with the one scheduled for next week on the oval of Madison.

Winner of multiple Touring Car Championships in Argentina, Canapino made his debut in IndyCar last year with the Juncos Hollinger team, surprising on his debut with a 12th place in St. Petersburg but finishing the 2023 season in 21st position. The current championship, however, has experienced a decidedly controversial moment after the round of Detroitwhere there had been contact between him and the McLaren driver Theo Pourchaire.
An episode that had unleashed the ire of Argentine fans, who had heavily offended the Frenchman online with death threats. After that incident, McLaren had decided to interrupt the commercial partnership with Juncos Hollinger, with the latter then excluding Canapino from the Road America race calling in his place Nolan Siegel.
