This drink, he continues, “allows the brain to release endorphins. A small glass of beer at the end of the day, in front of a pizza, can only be positive. Obviously it is alcoholic, so you have to be careful, never exceed the doses”, continues Vestita who says: “We know that the first vines were planted in Georgia, near Russia, 15 thousand years ago for wine. But we also know that the Egyptians used beer already 20 thousand years ago: it is a very ancient drink”.
As for the benefits, it is “diuretic, purifying, detoxifying. With different characteristics depending on the various types of beer. The important thing, I repeat, is not to overdo it, because it is alcoholic and the doses must be limited”.
