The King's Day
Since 1885 the Dutch have celebrated KoningsdagKing's Day, National holiday to commemorate the birthday of King Willem Alexander – born 27 April 1967.
In Holland, but not only, this celebration is very popular, so much so that it brings between 500 thousand and 2 million people to the streets of the city of Amsterdam.
Norris was there too
King's Day also attracts many tourists, eager to indulge in a day of pure fun in the evocative scenery of Amsterdam. Among them this year there was also Lando Norris, immortalized by several photos and videos with the standard orange sweatshirt and sunglasses. The Briton lived the party in pure 'Raikkonen style', like any 24 year old with a drink in hand and dancing on the boats with his peers. Not a single one was missing slice of pizzajust to fill the stomach.
However, one shot alarmed the McLaren driver's fans, namely the one released by the Instagram page @f1gossippofficial, which depicts Norris with a bandage on his face and probably a bloody nose (as can also be seen from the stained sweatshirt).
No certainty about what happened and whether the accident suffered by Norris is minor or more serious, but it seems to have happened during DJ Martin Garrix's party. McLaren hopes to have him in full shape for the Miami weekend, which starts on Friday 3 May.
