Culiacán.- The center of the Sinaloa capital was affected in the early hours of Sunday, June 19, by a blackout that interrupted the electricity supply in Culiacán for hours.
Several sectors of the city were without electricity due to shorts and falling electrical cables, CFE workers are working to establish the service for the well-being of families.
