The Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) published this Monday a resolution approving the second call for fiscal year 2024 of Line I subsidies to entities promoting the projects of the CRISOL FORMAS Program (Crisol-For+).
To this end, the Ministry of Economy, Employment and Digital Transformation, through the Extremaduran Public Employment Service (SEXPE), allocates 720,000 eurosof which 360,000 euros correspond to the year 2024 and 360,000 euros to the year 2025.
This is aid aimed at designing and developing integrated and personalized itineraries for social and labor insertion, as well as accompanying and monitoring people at risk and/or social exclusion in disadvantaged areas of municipalities with a population of more than 20,000 inhabitants.
The beneficiaries of the aid may be: private entities with legal personality own company that has among its purposes or social object the promotion of employment or socio-labor insertion and training.
They have availability for the execution of works or services of public utility or social interest to be executed in the territorial scope of the project location and present a project report that is considered technically viable by the Extremadura Public Employment Service.
Additionally, this resolution has incorporated a requirement related to the fight against late payment for access to the status of beneficiary of subsidies, for an amount greater than 30,000 euros and when the applicant is a natural or legal person with a profit motive.
Training and work experience
The Crisol-For+ Program projects consist of the development of guidance, tutoring and intermediation for socio-labor insertiontraining in alternation with employment and work experience in private companies for people participating in the Crisol Program.
They will last nine months, which will be divided into two stages; The first will last six months in which the student workers will be hired by the promoting entity in the form of a training contract alternating with employment.
Within a period of fifteen calendar days from the end of the first stage, a second complementary stage must be carried out consisting of a job contract in private companies, self-employed persons or professionals registered in work centers of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, with a duration of three months to participants who end with a positive evaluation and with the conditions established in this decree.
More than 20,000 inhabitants
The Crisol-For+ Program will be developed in disadvantaged areas of cities with a population of more than 20,000 inhabitants: Badajoz, Cáceres, Mérida, Plasencia, Don Benito, Almendralejo and Villanueva de la Serena.
The effective work will consist of activities of public utility or social interest for the areas of the municipality where the Crisol Program operates, which are in Badajoz: Suerte de Saavedra, Central Zone and Right Bank of the Guadiana River; Cáceres: Aldea Moret, Mérida: Left Bank of the Guadiana River and Juan Canet, Plasencia: La Data and San Lázaro – San Miguel; Don Benito: El Noke and La Piedad, Villanueva de la Serena: Plaza de Salamanca and Almendralejo: Public Promotion Housing.
