Navas signs up for Cornellà

He Sevilla FC has completed a new training session at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Sports City, specifically the penultimate one before being measured this Friday, at 9:00 p.m., at RCD Espanyol in Cornellá-El Prat, in what will be the eleventh day of the league championship.

The most positive news of the session is that Jesús Navas has participated again with the group on the white and red facilities under the orders of García Pimienta. For the coach, being able to count on the Nervion legend is always a plus, and even more so now that he has problems on the wings with the Ejuke and Suso injuries.

On the left, beyond the alternatives of Idumbo or Peque, Pimienta is also studying the option of moving Lukebakio to that left wing and aligning Juanlu or Captain Navas on the right. The coach also has the alternative of the double left-back, placing the Argentine Valentín Barco, with a clear offensive projection, ahead of Adrià Pedrosa.

Navas was the novelty in a session in which Tanguy was present again Nianzouwho was already at work on Tuesday and aims to return to the playing fields after serving his sanction, corresponding to the expulsion for a double yellow card that he saw in the derby.

Tomorrow, Thursday, the Sevilla team will hold their last session before traveling to Barcelona again on Friday for the clash against Espanyol.
