Data from analysts from the agency “Miel” available “Lenta.ru”indicate that Moscow residents are more likely to purchase rooms instead of full-fledged housing.
In addition to the sale of rooms in the secondary real estate market, there was an increase in sales of apartments worth up to six million rubles. These deals accounted for seven percent of sales. Experts note that in October this year, this share was less than one percent. Another 35 percent of the transactions were concluded for apartments worth from 9 to 12 million rubles.
Analytical data showed that the average cost of a one-room apartment on the secondary market in Moscow by winter reached 9.4 million rubles, a two-room apartment – 14 million rubles, a three-room apartment – 19.2 million rubles.
Earlier, the price of the cheapest apartment on the secondary market in Moscow, put up for sale without a toilet, became known. The area of the premises is only ten square meters, and the cost is 2.5 million rubles.
